registration of a trademark is as follows:
The
first is to search either online or through visiting the trademark office whether
any similar trademark already exists or not in the market. If not, then file an application in Form TM-1 with required documents as prescribed, as well as

Once the application is filled, acknowledgment receipt will be issued
immediately for future reference. Then the application is examined by the trademark
office, and it may be accepted absolutely or conditionally or may be rejected
